The investment incentive certificate for the Divan Talya Hotel in Antalya, developed by Marmaris Altın Altınyunus Turistik Tesisleri AŞ that belongs to Koç Group, has been revised upward once more. The revised amount is now set at 2.1 billion lira ($64.3 million).
In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform, Marmaris Altın Altınyunus Turistik Tesisleri AŞ explained: "Considering the developments in local and global economic conditions, the rising costs, and the updated total investment forecast within the scope of the reconstruction process of Divan Talya Hotel, the investment incentive certificate, which was previously revised to approximately 1.2 billion TL by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, has now been updated to approximately 2.1 billion TL in line with revisions in specific investment items."
